Chef Darian Bryan has invited Chef Red Beard to join his Plating Society in an effort to bring one of a kind dining experiences to discerning guests in his studio kitchen. Located in Larkenville Buffalo, Darian's kitchen is a perfect stage for  culinary performances.

 

First Course

Mimosa Beets - Red and Golden Beets, Cara Cara Oranges, Whipped Chèvre, Toasted Macadamia

 

Second Course

Day Boat Scallops - Pan Seared Scallops, Charred Rosemary, Pork Lardons, Spring Peas, Saffron Cream, Hand Made Pappardelle Pasta\

 

Third Course

Angus Beef Short Ribs - Chocolate Stout Braised Short Ribs, Whipped Buttermilk Potatoes, Honey and Chive Roasted Baby Carrots

Fourth Course

Cream Puffs - Choux Pastry, Belgian Chocolate, Vanilla Bean Custard, Fresh Berries
