What is private dining ?

Exactly as it sounds! Our space will be yours for the night for you and your guests only.

You will have the option of choosing 1-6 courses for your dinner.

Dinner will be served 20 minutes after the last guest has arrived.

This is a shared experience, meaning that all guests will receive the same plates each course with minor changes for dietary restrictions.

After each course is served, Chef Red Beard will come out to talk about the dish and any local farms he has worked with to create it.

After dinner is complete, you and your guests are more than welcome to hangout in our space for the night, or explore the beautiful atrium of The Market Arcade.

What is in home private dining ?

We come to you!

We will bring everything needed to execute your dinner from pots and pans to plates and flatware.

We will arrive 30-40 minutes prior to the start of your event to get set up. We ask that there is clear counter space in the kitchen and a cleared dining space as well.

As long as you have an oven/stove we would not need anything from you.

How many people can you accommodate ?

In our kitchen studio we can seat up to 10 people.

For parties larger parties we utilize the atrium in our building. We have a maximum of 20 people.

In home dining we have a maximum of 20 people. This is also dependent on how much space you have.

What is on the menu ?

Our menus are completely customized to every party. After filling out our form, we will take your suggestions into consideration while creating your menu. You will receive a menu proposal to confirm prior to your dinner.

What is your alchohol policy ?

We currently do not hold a NYS liquor license. We offer water and soft drinks.

Do you have a minimum ?

Our minimum is $800, regardless of number of people and courses desired.

What is the cost per person?

Our pricing is course based.

1-2 Courses: $125 Per Person

3 Courses: $160 Per Person

4-6 Courses: $200 Per Person

Plus NYS & Erie County Sales Tax

Do I need to place a deposit ?

A non- refundable deposit of $250 must be made to secure the date of your event.

If you must cancel your event, the deposit will not be refunded, but can be used towards a future event.

When do I need to confirm my guest count?

Guest count needs to be confirmed 72 hours before your event.

Don't worry we will email you!

When will I receive my invoice ?

Your invoice will be sent with your first menu proposal. If the number of guests changes we will update it accordingly.

How do I pay ?

Payment can be made the night of your event after dinner via cash or check. We also take debit/credit cards, with an added 3.5% fee for processing.

Where is The Kitchen Studio Located ?

Our kitchen studio is inside the beautiful Market Arcade Building located at 617 Main Street Buffalo, NY 14203.

Location & Parking

Our address is 617 Main Street Buffalo, NY, 14203 inside The Market Arcade Building, but we ask that all guests please enter through our door located to the right of the main entrance on the Washington Street side of our building.

Parking on our block is free after 5pm during the week, and free all day on the weekends.

There is also a M&T parking lot located across the street with low fees.
